Returns Policy

We will support in every endeavor to be sure you are happy with your item, and ensure it arrives intact and at the quality level we expect for everything we send, due to the fact that each item is custom handmade for your order we will not be accepting returns in the case they are unwanted, however we will support you to sell that item on via the various communities and channels that are available (and potentially in your area) which would reduce your cost to return ship it to us.

In the rare case there is a defect with your order or it arrives damaged you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of claiming the insurance from the shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

Items will be Exclusively shipped via USPS Priority for free. I cannot offer multiple carriers or agents of your choice (as they often require a minimum invoice per week) I could not hope to meet at this time, this may change in future as we grow!

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on items per order. Your orders are handmade and take about 1-3 days of processing to make, paint, glue, & ship per order (so if you order 3 items it will take around 1-3 same goes if you simply order only 1 item).
